Meet Jack: The Handsome Boy Who’s Ready to Be Your Shadow

When you look into Jack’s big, soulful eyes, it’s hard to imagine how this sweet boy ever ended up alone, starving, and scared on the streets. That’s exactly where Pawsitive Beings Rescue found him, wandering with no food, no comfort, and no idea when his next kind touch would come.

Pawsitive Beings stepped in, got Jack healthy, and gave him the care he needed to put the past behind him.

Now? Jack is the picture of health! A young Lab mix with sleek yellow fur, a strong build, and a smile that could melt anyone’s heart.

I got to spend time with Jack last week, and let me tell you, this boy is SPECIAL. He’s affectionate, gentle, and absolutely thrives on human connection. He wants to be right next to you, leaning in for pets, walking proudly by your side, or flopping down for some much-needed cuddle time. You can tell he’s making up for lost time, soaking up every bit of love he was denied for so long.

Jack also has plenty of playful puppy energy and would be happiest in a home that’s ready to give him both the exercise and the affection he craves.

Fetch? Yes.

Walks? Absolutely.

Learning new tricks? He’s in.

Nap time? Only if you’re right there with him.

Since Jack wants to be the center of someone’s universe, he would do best as the only dog in the home, the king of his castle. While he’s been fine with some female dogs, his dream life is one where all the love, toys, and treats are just for him.

Right now, Jack is staying in a boarding facility until a foster or forever family steps up. Boarding is no place for a dog like Jack. He belongs in a warm, loving home where he can thrive.
